If you have set up an E-Mail address in the Control Panel, you can configure this account in your Outlook.

Open Control Panel and Click on Mail (32 bit)
Click on Show Profiles
Click Add Profile to Setup new Outlook Profile
To set up the E-Mail address yourself, go to «Manual setup or additional server types» and then click «Next».
